It has come to my attention in this world of cellulular telemaphones that people are changing their personal phone numbers more often... and not telling US!
Please, if you are member of our Comix Connection Pull/Hold Subscription Service and you change your phone number, LET US KNOW! There have been several occasions recently where a Subscriber Box was canceled due to a lack of a current contact phone number.
PLEASE NOTE: COMIX CONNECTION WILL HOLD STUFF FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BOX FOR UP TO FIVE WEEKS! IF YOU HAVE STUFF ON HOLD LONGER THAN THAT, YOU SHOULD EXPECT A COURTESY CALL FROM US REMINDING YOU OF THAT FACT, AND WE EXPECT TO SEE YOU COME BY THE STORE WITHIN A WEEK OR SO. EVERYONE GETS CALLED TWICE, THEN AFTER THAT WE PUT A "HOLD" ON YOUR BOX, THEN CANCEL IT IN ANOTHER WEEK OR SO!
Since we require NO deposits, we need to keep a close eye the Subscriber Boxes or they become excessively bloated with stuff! In the non-returnable world of the Direct Comic Market, this hinders our ability to serve you all better.
If we do not have your current phone number, we have to assume the worst. That you moved to New Jersey.
