Apparently my friend Steve's is that he can play PAC-MAN on a world-championship level.
My best run at Pac-Man CE on Xbox Live Arcade, currently #1 in the U.S. and #3 in the world on the All Time 5:00 Championship Mode leaderboard. I didn't die once, but I think it's still possible to improve... I missed a few 3200 point ghosts and made a couple of minor mistakes.
